I’ve “rescued” an old photograph of William J. EDDY which was taken at the Fowler Studio in Meadville, PA sometime in the 1880’s.? William appears to be in his 20’s or 30’s at the time the photograph was taken.? I’m hoping to return the photograph to family and would appreciate you reaching out to me if you are a member of this family, or you know someone who might be.
