Ah. Thats my fault. This email list was previously called amasot (AMatuer
AStronomer in OTttawa) but we changed it to oafs because a popular vote.)

I forgot to change the welcome messages. I will do that now.

Ah-ha! You've stumbled upon our true identity!

"OAFs" is actually a false front for a secret society called "AMASOT",
bankrolled through a numbered Swiss bank account, and moderated by a
shifty guy who operates from our head office on the Caymen Islands. It
is equipped with a remote-controlled observatory so all us poor
schlumps up north here can catch an occasional glimpse of
the nebulosity in the Southern Cross region. (I wish!)
