Hi Older Adults Education Forever members,

I am very sad to report that our member Cynthia Eagleton passed away last week.? Cynthia was involved in the unsuccessful fight to preserve state funding for adult school Older Adults programs when the state reorganized adult school funding in 2013, and she never gave up.? She designed our beautiful OAEF logo which is on our tee shirts, and she maintained the OAEF Calendar and Resource Page.? She was a tireless advocate for adult education, seeking solutions to climate change and much more.? She will be greatly missed, but her work lives on.
