Avoiding winter weight gain
What¡¯s the best way to combat winter weight gain? ? Often when it¡¯s cold outside appetite increases. This can lead to weight gain - on average as much as 2 kilograms (close to 5 pounds). Weight gain isn¡¯t good for health and also means that, comes springtime, we¡¯ll have more work to do to shed the extra pounds. The best way to combat this problem is to eat hot foods, particularly late in the day. *Vegetable soups (without oil) are a great idea. *Drink hot drinks. Herbal and green teas are really good. *Stay hydrated!
