The goal of mindful breathwork is to use deep breathing to increase awareness of the self as well as release emotions rooted in traumas from the past.

We as a Nation are feeling traumatized by the events that occurred on October 7th. This process enables deep healing to take place for you as an individual and as part of Am Yisrael.
