On a PC you can modify the shape, size, and color of cursors. I make mine larger and black, and that does the trick for me.

Agreed! Even the biggest black cursor outline in red is hard to find!?

And fluorescent lights!

Walking into eye level cupboard/closet doors on my blind side that my partner forgets to close.
Also, bumping into people on a crowded street who are walking on my blind side
 

lights in homes, schools and stores.? I can never adjust properly.?
