2nd Request Card Processing.


 

Dean,
I either forgot how, or something has changed in the program but, I have marked several QSLs as "second request." I have set the default?second request qsl message in System Options to? "Second Request." However, when I check the box to mark a contact for second request, nothing shows up in the second request text box. Additionally, I tried setting the "Secqslrequest" field as a Search field in Report Explorer. I expected the options to be True/False but since that option was not available, I just selected "Not Blank." No matter what I select, it doesn't seem to work.
So, I manually?entered "Second Request" in the 2nd Request Text box in the contacts entry. I was then?able to filter for that message when I searched for the "Secqslreqtext". I don't understand. Am I doing something wrong?

Additionally, After I print the 2nd request cards, I have not found a way to UPDATE the contact records showing the 2nd request card has been sent.

I found the answer to my question after digging a little deeper in he instructions...which is what I should have done in the first place.
