I had all the contacts exported the first time I did it.? After that I selected? the block that was something like "latest contacts", and it exported from the end of the last time I did it.
It would be nice to be able to mark the first and last ones you wish to export, or indicate a range.? If you import contacts from another logger to N7XG as I did, those had been previously uploaded to LoTW, but the logger had no way of knowing that.? In that first export, it took a while.? LoTW will catch the dupes or you can upload them and let their server churn away.? That's the messy approach.
I prefer to cull the dupes, but a lot don't bother.
