N3FJP comparison audit with LoTW #aclog

I did not see a post that answered my questions.? I apologize if I missed one that did.
I do the MSWE special event each June at the Submarine Library & Museum (USS NAUTILUS).? We use the callsign N1S and the N3FJP ACL logging program.? Our QSO totals usually range around 1000-1200 each year.? After the event I upload the log to LoTW to support anyone who wants CT for an award.? I have one particular year where not all records were uploaded.? I don't want to just re-upload because of the extra work it could cause the LoTW staff.
To this end I have been trying to compare the LoTW upload with the initial N3FJP file.? What has made it hard is that my N3FJP file does not seem to sort correctly by time and date.? For example, the ACL log breaks down like this:
Records 1-97 go from 0036 to 2359 on June 5th
Records 98-278 go from 0000 to 1207 on June 6th
Records 279-576 go from 0011 to 1428 on June 5th
Records 577-810 go from 0121 to 2319 on June 5th
Records 811-1073 go from 0015 to 1956 on June 6th
If I sort on the record number the listing is numerically by "REC #".? If I sort on "Date/Time" I get the break down I describe above.? I.E. Records on 5th, 6th, 5th, 5th, 6th.? This "Date/Time" sort does properly chronologically list the date but not the time.
I know LoTW has a upload, excluding duplicates which I can resort to in the end if necessary.? Also, since the cyber attack on ARRL they are limiting LoTW uploads to 500 QSOs, which is not an issue.? If I reloaded everything I can break them up into 500 records or less.
Regardless of available work arounds, the real question that I would like to solve is why my ACL isn't sorting correctly.? Could it be that my date or time format is wrong in some records?? I don't see anything obvious.? Could another ACL field be overriding?? Would just like to know so I can fix and avoid in the future.
Please excuse the long Post.? I appreciate your indulgence.
Any and all comment, advice, and guidance is appreciated.

To my surprise that is all it took.? I kept going back and forth sorting with the Date/Time column heading and the records always resulted in the order I posted (repeatedly doing the same thing but looking for a different outcome).? I had read the write up in the instructions on using the "File-Sort Log on Date" and was not sure if the time was connected so I held off.
I made a back up and then went for it and it sorted properly.? Thanks for the push.? Feel a bit foolish at this point.? The answer was always right there.
