ACLog column widths keep resetting #aclog

I have recently moved ACLog (7.0.8) from an old PC to a new one.? I reinstalled ACLog and of course moved the data files as well.? ?However, for whatever reason, my column widths on the main screen are not staying where I put them.? If I close ACLog and start it up again the column widths have reset to their original width.? The columns I moved do stay to the position I put them, but the column widths are resetting.? Any ideas why?

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your e-mail.? I'm sorry you ran into trouble.? Make sure you close AC Log normally before shutting down your PC.? Also, make sure you still have permissions to write to MainListColumnWdith3.xml.? To see the location of the file, click File > Show File Locations.

Enjoy!

Scott,

The folder "A permission was it.? It was set to "Read Only".? I turned that off brought up ACLog made the changes.? Closed ACLog.? Changes stayed.? Rebooted, went into ACLog, made a change.? Closed it and went back in, made a changed it.? Closed and brought back up.? Then went back to the folder and it set to read only again but, now it is working correctly.? I never understood why that gets set in the first place in the documents directory but it is working now.??

Thank you for the assistance!
