Error message at startup

When I start the program, I first get the message at the top for a while (no response).
Only after a certain time does the program start normally and then reload the logbook.
Before that, no function works in the program.

Hi?Joerg,

Thanks for your e-mail.? Click Settings > DX Spotting and disable the function to see if it corrects the problem.? If it does, select a different telnet host or correct your settings for the one you are trying to use.

Enjoy!

Hello Scott,
thanks for the quick answer to my question.
I have switched on the DX Cluster completely and restarted the program.
Unfortunately, nothing has changed. The program starts, but brings this message again and after some time,
it loads the logbook content again and then works normally.
I am using Windows 11 and have already reinstalled the program.
Also started with or without Admin. Nothing has changed.

Loading -> no response (approx. 30 seconds) -> then runs normally.

Thanks for the quick answer though!

Greetings Joerg (DC9JVN)

Are you trying to download from QRZ as well?? If so, check that your account is active and up-to-date.

Hi Joerg,

Thanks for your follow up.? I'm sorry you are still having trouble.? In addition to Larry's suggestion, also try setting rig interface to None.? If that doesn't correct the problem, try disabling the API.? One of your settings is timing out and it is just a matter of figuring out which one and then correcting the setting.

Hello Larry,
thanks for the quick reply!
I am a paying member of QRZ.COM and the upload and download works without any problems.
I deactivated the menu in the program and then restarted the logbook. As I said, the title screen appears, then the logbook program.
Then it is silent for a short time and then the error message appears. After about 30 seconds, the data is read in again and the logbook runs normally.
I am running Windows 11 with the 64-bit version, but I have already tried the logbook in various compatible modes, but unfortunately without success.
Thanks for your tip though!

Hello Will,
when starting the program you cannot call up any function and after a short time
the error (No feedback) appears in German at the top of the menu bar.

(See picture)

The logbook is then frozen for about 30 seconds. Only then does it look as if it is loading
the logbook data again and then works normally.

Greetings Joerg (DC9JVN)
