DX Spotting
I am trying to get VE7CC as my spotting vehicle for ACLog and am striking out.? Worse still, I had to delete whatever was the default cluster and now have no dx spotting at all with ACLog.
?
Settings that I am using are:
?
TELNET HOST>VE7CC-7@VE7CC-1>TELNET PORT 23>(MY CALL SIGN)>LOGIN COMMAND SHOW/DX>ENABLE DX SPOTTING CHECKED
?
The message that I get back is "Attempting to connect to ve7cc-7@ve7cc-1 on port 23" but it never connects.? The ACLog spotting settings page also shows that I am connected to the AE5E CC Cluster (whatever that means).? The cluster recognizes my call and my name but then also asks me to sign in.? There is no response when I enter my call in what seems to be the appropriate area.
?
I must be overlooking or botching something that is probably pretty obvious. |
