I am receiving lots of e-mail from guys either using AC Log or getting set up for the CQWW contest and finding themselves unable to connect to DXSpots.com.? The error returned is "Connection is forcefully rejected."

This is not a problem with the software.? DXSpots.com appears to be down.? You can replace the dxspots.com value in the telnet host with any functioning telnet site and be back in business.? Here is one of many telnet host options:

Replace the "dxspot.com" with? 65.42.104.225? in the "Telnet Host" box.
