Plans for PRR P70 Coaches
Hi guys,
I'm embarking on upgrading my one any only small Pennsy passenger train.
Part of it will include re-doing some old Lima passenger cars into P70 type

below the windows are painted a different color then the sides. I wasn't

CofG Decals
