BJT models for LTSpice

Glenn Wardle All Messages By This Member #36367 Just as a bit of fyi... If you are after the lowest possible noise BJT, PNP will get you a lower theoretical minimum noise than NPN. As a differential matched pair, the SSM2220 used to be the benchmark.
