Boonton 103C signal generator schematic wanted

 

Hi folks.? I have a nice?Boonton 103C signal generator here that has a problem that I would like to fix, but I cant seem to find any schematics online or otherwise.? I have the manual, but it does not have any schematics.

Any help is appreciated!
