Panasonic VP-8131A AM/FM/FM Stereo Generator

Oz-in-DFW All Messages By This Member #13705 I have one that seems to have FM stereo issues.? It's either broken, or I don't know how to run it.? I'd like to find a service manual at least, though an operation manual as well.? I've tried the sites I know (KO4BB, BAMA, etc) and no luck
