I'm still shocked by our cancellation yesterday. Unfortunately, I can't get sick leave because my doctor is on vacation. The Le Grande Blue has changed our booking to 22.11. to 03.12. If we book the flights again, we have to build in security so that if one person fails again, the others can still fly. Ron maybe Martin can come along in November. Hi G:unter, I have contacted Ethiopean Airlines and they told me to send a mail to reservations@... for the cancelation. I have done that already and got an automated reply. Due to Covid, the response may be 4-6 weeks ?. Most important is that they take us off the checked-in list of this evening. That should happen with my mail, but until now I can’t see that. I also tried to approach flugladen.nl but you can only contact them by chat or Facebook. I tried with chat but had to create an account with them which I did, but the booking is not related to my account, so I think you have to do that. Logging (as I assume you did when booking) and next tell them you want to cancel and ask for a refund. Please let me know if that works for you. They don’t publish phone numbers so can’t call them.
