As mentioned before by them, we need to travel to Hellville (southern part of Nosy Be) to go to the Orange shop. Perhaps Mona can give a good advice on how to proceed. The problem with a SIM card is that you need to register on your name and also they will take a picture of you, it is difficult to let someone else of the hotel do it for us.
