Hello all,
Today is the day I will be energizing the 2 servo's and 1 stepper for the first time, and I am not sure what to expect.
I have never seen a system run, let alone build one and run it.
Needless to say...I am a little nervous about throwing the juice to them.
Besides smoke and disappointment, if I have made a mistake...:>( What should I expect the servo's and stepper to do when energized?
Is there anything that may surprise me that I can avoid?
Will the servo's take off as soon as they are energized?
I have not yet set up any limit switches, and the servo's are monsters, with about 500oz in. If they take off like crazy they can do some damage..">(
