Hi Jeff,
I have been running all the mach software, including the latest
version on a PII 233 with 128mb ram and win 2000, it works perfectly.
Last week I got a chance to buy 5, HP Duron 1300mhz at a very good
price, so bought them, only to discover that for some reason the
pulse stream to the z axis wont send out a clean pulse, ive tried all
5, and they are all the same, yet as soon as i connect my xylotex
board back to the old 233, everything runs like a turbine.
I am waiting for Art to return from holliday to see if we can get to
the bottom of this, as if we cant Ill have to sell the machines if
they are no use for mach1/2
