While researching balanced tuners, I ran across a website that describes the "S-match" tuner.



Digging a little deeper revealed a detailed modification of a?MFJ-989 to an S-match.



Has anyone here done that and if so, what were the results? More generally has anyone used an S-match and how well does it work?
