Things came together a little more quickly this month. Numbers are edging up, a good sign.

Updated preambles are also attached. These mainly reflect the time change back to EST. I normally hold off on these as it's usually a good way to bring on a major propagation shift. We'll see what happens next in that department.

I've also done the NCS/Liaison list with changes to reflect what's actually been going on.
