1. ?Vaccination passports have been proposed. ?Do you think it is a good idea and if so against what diseases?
Yes, as long as it's only required for travel and not for activities like walking in to a grocery store or mall.

2. Should all entrants to the country be required to get a negative COVID test or proof of vaccination before they are released into the general population??Yes

3. ?Who do you think was the most destructive spy in the 20th century?
Kim Philby, the British spy, is the one I know most about. However,

Robert Philip Hanssen (born April 18, 1944) is an American former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) double agent who spied for Soviet and Russian intelligence services against the United States from 1979 to 2001. His espionage was described by the Department of Justice as "possibly the worst intelligence disaster in U.S. history."[3] Hanssen is currently serving 15 consecutive life sentences without parole at ADX Florence, a federal supermax prison near Florence, Colorado.

4. If you could freely move to any other country than the one you live in - which one would you want to move to?
I live in La Paz, Southern Baja, Mexico. I don't want to move away because this climate suits me, but if I'm forced to then I would want to move to a country with a warm climate such as Florida in the US.

5. ?Should the electoral franchise be limited in any way - by age, social status, employment, criminal history, citizenship etc?
I believe the voting age should be advanced to 21 and criminals should not be allowed to vote.

Yes, many countries already have vaccine requirements for people entering the country, so it seems like the ¡°vaccine passport¡± would be an excellent way to have a standardized record that could be easily recognized by any country (or inside a country, say for school entry.) I think each country should set their vaccine requirements based on what viruses are of most concern in their country. IE, many African countries requires Yellow Fever vaccination, but this is not a required or standard vaccine in the US.

2. Should all entrants to the country be required to get a negative COVID test or proof of vaccination before they are released into the general population??

Yes. We know at this point COVID is widespread worldwide, with new and increasingly dangerous variants developing. The transmission of these variants needs to be stopped, and negative COVID test or proof of vaccination is one of the best ways to stop the transmission of these variants.

3. ?Who do you think was the most destructive spy in the 20th century?

I don¡¯t know enough about spies to have an opinion. I¡¯ve heard of some of the bigger ones, like the Rosenbergs, but I really don¡¯t know the history of what they did.

4. If you could freely move to any other country than the one you live in - which one would you want to move to?

?

Canada. There is a lot to like about Canada, and colder temps are nice (less bugs and allergies.)

?

5. ?Should the electoral franchise be limited in any way - by age, social status, employment, criminal history, citizenship etc?

?

Yes, it should be limited to citizens. Employment and social status should not matter. Criminal history should only matter if one is actively incarcerated or on probation. Once a person has ¡°paid their debt to society¡±, they should have all of their rights restored, including voting. Age, should only be limited by the age where one is legally responsible for contracts¡ªwhich is currently 18. I can see validity for both arguments in lowering it to age 16, or raising it to age 21, but I think we need to be consistent and raise/lower the age that one is responsible for contracts, if we are going to change the voting age.
