Spent a lot of time waiting for PHD2 to settle. What's going on?

Spent a lot of time settling to get three hours of data on M106.?I didn't noticed until I was waiting for the medrian flip.? It would appear to guide will then go beyond about 2 pixels/arc-sec and stop imaging.? Any suggestions where to look to resolve?
