开云体育Hi everyone ? A quick note to let you know I am now officially part of Losmandy.? ? ? I will be wearing a lot of different hats, but one of the most important is technical support. I am a longtime losmandy owners and I always felt they could be doing better in this department, and i give Scott credit that he agreed, and so here we are! ? In terms of the forums, i will continue to participate and offer suggestions from my experience. I will now also be able to hunt down information and details that Losmandy will have. ? I also expect to be doing some updated/improved video tutorials and explanations – I’m open to suggestions, just let me know! ? ? In terms of "official" support, please use the email techsupport@... - i monitor that, and it's a tracking system that I can also route to other people as necessary.?I will do my best to respond everywhere else, but that email gets the priority! ? ? I also hope you will consider posting or sending suggestions to me so Losmandy can improve products based on your input. ? But maybe thew Group can help as well. Recently I enguaged a guy who's friend cannot get her GM811G to worked with NINA. So maybe there are some pointers to get these other programs like NINA, and APT to smoothly integrate the Gemini 2 for them? It has to be bone simple.
