Shipping to vendor question.

Stosh #70006 Brian,? Not sure if you are able to answer, but I’m wondering if you guys are shipping mounts to vendors like HPS and OPT or are all mounts going to customers ordering direct? ?? ?

Stosh #70010 Thanks for the response. ? Back in October when I was ordering, I know you guys were still shipping mounts. ?But since I also needed to order two OTAs that were likely back ordered for many months, I figured I could wait on the mount and get everything from HPS and I used the few hundred I saved on shipping costs to order extra G11 accessories like the glowing tripod feet, additional counterweight and clamps and knobs for the tripod. I really didn’t think anything of it until I received an email yesterday saying we have everything in stock but the G11 and once we get that we will ship your order. ? I never expected them to get an Esprit 100 and a C9.25 in stock before the mount. ? So basically I screwed up to save a few hundred bucks. ? Not that it matters, haven’t had a cloudless night since mid December anyway. ?
Brian Valente Member Profile All Messages By This Member #70015 It's not a bad strategy - who doesn't want to save a couple hundred $$ I don't know when you actually placed the order for the mount but lead times lately have been around 6 weeks just due to demand.?
