Windows 10 update KB4056892 (and we now know that KB4056898 for Windows 8.1) causes DCOM errors.? This can keep Astronomical programs and drivers that depend on
DCOM from connecting to the Gemini.net driver.

Mr. Bob Denny discovered the cause of this error, and also a work-around to fix it.
