Guiding Stops after Meridan Flip

Been running my system for 2 years now, NINA and PHD2 and now for some reason, after a Meridan Flip, it appears PHD2 does not do a 'find new stars' to star guiding again. It appears PHD2 is trying to guide but it does not lock onto a guide star. Any help would be appreciated.

That's hard to say Russ. Make sure your guide scope or main scope with OAG is well focused. Also look at your guider settings in NINA and see if Guider Start Retry in checked off (attached). If using the advanced sequencer, see if you have any critical steps missing for after the flip. Also make sure the guider is actually connected in NINA, and not just running at the same time without or NINA won't know what to do. Sounds more like a settings issue than equipment failure.?

Good luck,
?

Hey Russ,?
Are you using a Refractor or Reflector? OAG or guide scope?
Are you using the Advanced Sequencer in NINA? There is a guiding command trigger called "Restore Guiding" that you can try putting after your Meridian Flip Trigger.
?
Are you waking up in the morning and seeing that it isn't happening? or are you monitoring the flip?
Hard to say without more data.

Appreciate the help and will try NINA Discord. I have tried the Restore Guiding and although it was not selected, it did not help. System ran great for 2 years but now after a Meridian Flip, the guider does not try to 'find new guide stars'. It still tries to track but it thinks it is on where the old stars are and does not update.
