First WIKI entry

Based on the interest in mounting systems for mounting various accessories, including counter weights, as discussed in the topic "Balancing Scope", I have created a WIKI to describe some of the various mounting systems I have used to add and mount various gadgets and capabilities to my scope.

The WIKI is titled?NATO Rails & Clamps and other Telescope Accessories Mounting Systems.

Feel free to provide feedback.

Sone really good ideas there Bob. I¡¯ve made so many alloy one off bits and I can see how camera support is so much easier less flex. ?Really is multi use hold everything.?

Brendan,
Thanks for the thumbs up.? It's hard to make custom brackets and make it look good without some serious tools.? Hopefully these gadgets will help keeps those scopes out here looking professional.

Bob I also wanted to say kudos. I believe your wiki is the first on this forum. It made me realize what an underutilized tool that is. The wikis are editable by all in the group and your post is one example of an information share. I know Paul and Rene and others put a lot of effort into Gemini-2.com and we should not be all sitting around waiting for them to update it for Level 6. Your wiki should be an inspiration to all who have useful information to take the time to sit down and write it out for all of posterity.?

thank you.?

It is my pleasure, thank you.? I discovered this stuff during covid, and out of China, this stuff is relatively CHEAP!? It's all about looks and versatility.? There are still a few items I need to add, and I might do some closeups of the parts on my scope for clarity.
