Robert, the Belleville washer is used to keep the worm bearing race centered and eliminate a massive 76 second periodic error I had that could not be guided out.

Well since you brought it up¡ the Titan wasn¡¯t quite the biggest mount. That would be its predecessor, the HGM200, which weighs 9 lb more and has a rated 150 lb capacity, vs 100 lb for the Titan.
