Can you include a pic of how your cables are going up to the scope? Maybe reroute the cables to your camera somehow. Can you provide more info regarding your setup? Computer/ASIAIR location?

Leveling an equatorial mount is NOT required prior to polar alignment.? The only effect from your mount being off level prior to alignment is minor coupling between alt and az adjustment while polar
