What happened to BP-500

Anyone know what happened to BP-500, its not listed on HRO OR desert wireless store anymore.
Are they having issues with it ?

Yes, check out the group. A number of the packs overcharge the cells.
It would seem they do have a fix for it but apparently the USA service
shop is not ready to receive them yet for repair.

I just checked HRO. It's listed but no stock.

Edited

HRO recently removed the BP-500 from its site. I don't know what that means. Lab599 support doesn't respond to questions about how to purchase it in the US.
The link from the Lab599 site to purchase it at Desert Wireless also does not show the product.

My experience with Desert Wireless is they only show it when its in stock.

I wouldn't know about that, but HRO showed it on their site for several months with "0" stock, only saying that it is "delayed". Now it no longer shows on their site. Lab599 did not reply to my inquiry about it.

Me too! ?While expensive it's worth every penny, especially, in essence since it has its own solar charge controller supporting up to 50v input through the 2.5mm DC jack on the BP500!

Several months later and still nothing. HRO still has no stock. No answers to emails from Lab599. Well, I guess I'm not surprised.

Update: Still nothing. Beginning to think that a better solution is a US-based company.
