Ordered mine from HRO on 22 Jul.
Called the Milwaukee store to check order status on 26 Sep. I was told not to expect shipment until mid-late Oct.
Received an un-expected shipping notice email on 28 Sep.
TX-500 arrived in N. Lower Michigan on 30 Sep from the Milwaukee Store via UPS Gnd.

I'm only guessing, but I believe mine is Number 5072. There is a small silver label affixed to one side of the box with that number.
Mine did not include an Audio cable for digital modes as shown in the user manual, but it did include the 7-Pin female connector to fit the REM-DATA Port.
I guess I'll have to build my own cable, unless anyone knows of a source to purchase one?
