Back Pack
Richard Meal
Have used the following waist pack: G4Free Tactical Waist Bag 3 Way... If using a back pack (for longer distances/summits) I use the following "wrap" in which the TX500 sits very nicely: Lowepro LP37140 Compact GearUp Wrap, Photographic Equipment Bag Accessory, Dark Grey Lots of other good options out there too.? I'm also looking at a number of the "tactical" rucksacks which have lots of appropriate pockets - lots of these also have useful molle straps too. Some really good Lowepro tactical photography rucksacks that suit carriage of radio gear and the usual trekking stuff. The Lowepro Protactic 350 aw ii looks particularly good - there is also a larger Protactic 450. Hope this helps. Richard M0RGM? Lou, check this one out, should fit the TX 500, plus mic and cables, maybe a battery pack,? but not sure. Was looking at it a few days ago. For the minimalist. Away from home, will look at the measurements of the Tx 500. Just thought I would share, please research as I dont have one.?

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýHello group. Personally I use this: See the photos in PJ to see what it looks like. It is very good but the zipper is to be handled with delicacy... 73 Jo?l - F5NFB Le 14/03/2022 ¨¤ 10:56, Lou N9LTW a

I have found this to be almost perfect, it's another Nintendo Switch carry case but with extra pockets to carry the power, earphone and audio cables (the mic is too bulky).
Then as someone else mentioned the smaller Lowepro Camera cases are great because they are fairly light and have configurable spacing to neatly fit the case safely and snugly away from other equipment. I personally like the Flipside style as they give good access to equipment. Hope this helps. Andrew / DJ6OR / W6OR |
