Lou, check this one out, should fit the TX 500, plus mic and cables, maybe a battery pack,? but not sure. Was looking at it a few days ago. For the minimalist. Away from home, will look at the measurements of the Tx 500. Just thought I would share, please research as I dont have one.?

I found a Nintendo Switch Case with larger top half works really well.? I have hand mic,CW Paddle set, 3A/h battery and the patch cables for radio to these devices all in the lid storage.

I have found this to be almost perfect, it's another Nintendo Switch carry case but with extra pockets to carry the power, earphone and audio cables (the mic is too bulky).



Then as someone else mentioned the smaller Lowepro Camera cases are great because they are fairly light and have configurable spacing to neatly fit the case safely and snugly away from other equipment. I personally like the Flipside style as they give good access to equipment.
