Digital Audio Cable with 10uF cap SOURCE?

 

Sorry to be back were so soon with another question.
Has anyone found a source for the Digital Audio Cable that can be used for FT8/Digital connection to a sound card?
7-pin GX-12 to 2x 3.5mm phono plug with 10uF inside.
I cut open a small 3.5 mm cable and the wires are just too small for me to work with.

Glen - I am going to try microphone cabling,?Canare L-4E6S Quad Mic Cable.?I have some on order to see how it works.?
