I was trying to wire my mono headset to work with tx500.

According to the sources I found on Internet that proper way of wiring mono speaker to TRS connector is to do it as follow:

S <-> Speaker -
RT <-> Speaker +

Such configuration works with PC plug and the speaker mike connector from my tx500, although it fails when using the provided headset adapter.

Wiring manual expects following wiring:

S <-> NC
R <-> Speaker +
T <-> Speaker -

This works with adapter, but not with the PC or speakermike.

Is it so, the adapter wiring is borked by design, or I'm doing something somewhere wrong?
