Rock Club Talk Needed for June 8th
For the last couple
months, the Culver City club has been holding their monthly
meetings online using Zoom. It's turned out to be a nice way to
keep the club together and provide member services in the face
of city orders to minimize social gatherings.
Past talks have been a slide-show on mineral locations of Death
Valley and a tutorial of sand casting for making jewelry items
with a live pour using the technique.
We are
looking for a speaker for our meeting on June 8th at around 7pm.
We do pay an honorarium.
The club can assist speakers in planning your
session, we can help arrange practice
sessions, and we'll provide back-up tech help during your
presentation to be sure that everything goes well.
