I have decided to include some instructions for the use of these animations.

For use in PaintShopPro:
Simply take the animation into PSP and unhide all the layers. Save and reopen in AS.  Then use it like you would any other animation.  I don't use PSP or Animation Shop, so I cannot go into much more detail than that.
