You can't just rely on 60 IPs as the qualifier because a split grade who started like 3 times in real life may have ability to pitch 60 plus innings in our league but should not be in a rotation during the playoffs.
So if you pitched 21 starts in real life and 111 IPs in real life, then sure even though he is a J4 it makes sense to he can be used in playoffs as a starter.

Being a rookie manager in this group.? My belief if that player was instrumental with the team making the playoffs he should be eligible for the playoffs if he met the playoffs requirements. The manager would have to take in consideration what would happen if he gets injured and usage of the bullpen for the remainder of the playoffs?
