Siberian Cross - Need help

I am trying to find the website that contains the application for the
Siberian Cross. In Polish, it's known as "Krzyz Sybirakow". All
survivors are entitled to get this cross, but an application needs to be
filled out. I heard that the Siberian Society in Florida has gotten them
for all their members, but I cannot locate any of those members
specifically to ask how they went about getting it.

If you know how I can attain this, please send me a note to my email
directly, as I do not always review the messages from the group's
consolidated listing.

My email address is: zabka2@...

Thank you, in advance for your help!

Many of our members could apply for the Siberian Cross.
John, could you remind us how to do this?
If there is a form, perhaps somebody can scan it and put it into our gallery..
Thanks
Stefan

It would be so fitting as the 65th anniversary is in 2005 if everyi=one entitled to it would have it.

Is there any place in Poland which might help? Is there a museum or archive does anyone know?

Bye 4 now Hela.

I know that in Calgary the SPK (Polish Combatants Association) has already sent out application forms to it's members for this cross.?? I will ask one of the members of the executive committee about the details and let you know.
