Pi 4 power

Any suggestions on what would be a good way to power my Pi 4 while out in the field. I will be using a 10ah LifePo4 battery in my go box. I do have a buck converter as well. would that be sufficient to power my Pi??
Thanks,

Them little 3a devices work nice overall there is hash to be had. But it¡¯s manageable. Never slowed me down anyway I solder them directly to bypass the mini-usb limits.?

Lots of different ways to do it. I prefer these power boards and have them on all of my Pi 4. You can also use a battery bank designed for mobile phones provided it puts out enough amps.

Be aware Pi¡¯s are fairly particular about their power supply. They need just the right amount of voltage AND amperage. And in my experience the bulk of the low cost buck converters have enough variance in their output (despite what their specs show) to possibly cause Pi ¡°Low Voltage¡± warnings and/or Pi shutdown.?

For this reason I prefer buck converters with variable output adjustments for both voltage and amperage. Then you can adjust the thing to account for a miss on the specs, or more/less cabling resistance than expected. Here is one such example (but there are many others too):

I have a small converter 6-14vdc to 5v 8A. It work perfect of a 12v7ah battery fir my rpi with 7¡± tooch screen. I also added a usb hub -4port- so able to charge phone and etc. I bypassed the usb connector supply points as i use the external dc supply to it
It works well for me. Very small and lightweight

And you guys just proved a point I always talk about. Ask any two hams a question and you get three different answers. ? Seriously, there's no right or wrong here. You just have to find what works for you ?
