Hotspot not working

I rewatched the videos. I don¡¯t see where I¡¯m missing anything. Attached are photographs showing the hotspot is active and a screenshot showing it¡¯s not in the list on my iPhone. Also, the RPi will not reconnect to my wi-fi when I quit forcing the hotspot, even if I run hotspot check ¡ª I need to reboot to connect to the wi-fi.

You need to join the Raspberry PI. on the same network. log into 10.10.10.10 with wifi and VNC into 10.10.10.10. It works as I use it out in the car.?

Under "Choose Network", does RPiHotspot show up? You need to connect your mobile device to it and then VNC into the Pi using 10.10.10.10.

I have had one RPi4 that had to go back due to the seller due to flaky wlan.
