DRA 36 Sound card

Don Poaps All Messages By This Member #1124 I'm testing this soundcard device on my desktop. I planning on putting it on the PI in my car to have the ability to run mostly APRS. However with the ability to run Pat Winlink.? I can't get this device to PTT. IF it doesn't PTT on a Win OS which I know more than Linux I won't get it to run on the Pi. See the Direwolf User Guide section?9.2.8.5 "PTT with C-Media CM108/CM119 GPIO" It describes how to use a C-Media GPIO pin to control PTT.? No wiring is needed other than the USB connector.? I use this with my DRA-30 card and my Raspberry Pi and it works great. You must install the optional?libudev-dev then recompile Direwolf.? There are instructions in the User Guide on how to do this. Ed - K9EW All Messages By This Member #1151 Hi Don, I just set up my home Winlink station to use UZ7HO Soundmodem with a SignaLink running Winlink Express; and also my RMS Packet Gateway with UZ7HO Soundmodem and the RMS Packet software.? They've both been working for a couple weeks now.? I'm running Windows 10 Pro, and just survived a massive update.
