HAMRS not opening

Scott Krell #7254 Pi 400 Latest BAP flashed onto 32g card Everything seems to be working but HAMRS. When opening it goes to full white screen then back to normal screen. Hourglass for about 15 seconds then nothing. Did check HAMRS preference and change permissions to everyone for all 3 settings, reboot, same issue.? new to Pi and Linux, understand how to use terminal, just don’t know all the commands and what they do.?
