With the new pi os bullseye I ran into a screen issue that I didn't have with buster.
I have this lcd monitor I use with a pi 400


When trying out bullseye the monitor would flash a few times and then go to sleep with a no signal message.
The pi was still running and I could SSH into it.
After trying a lot of different things this fixed my issue.
edit /boot/config.txt and uncomment the following lines.
??config_hdmi_boost=4
?hdmi_force_hotplug=1

I tried uncommenting the boost line alone but it still had some issues. Uncommenting both has made the display work fine.
With buster none of this was necessary using the same display.? ?
Hope this can help someone with the same issues. Now on to getting everything Ham Radio working...
