Pi 3b+ KM4ACK+direwolf+Bluetooth

Sergey Ivanov

Ok gentlemen, I'm glad there is a group where I can ask a question. The crux of the problem: I am a small Linux specialist, I have pi3 b +, with installed programs from KM4ACK. There is a homemade tnc modem with bluetooth. There is a Motorola gm350, which is controlled by aprsdroid via a smartphone. What I need: I want to transmit APPS packets to the ISS using the PI-APRS program in the KM4ACK assembly. The question is exactly that I don't know how to force direwolf to use tnc bluetooth specifically. This is not a mobillinkd modem, but a home-made device based on arduino nano and hc-05 module. This device is seen by the UI as / dev / rfcomm0. I'm desperate. Can someone explain to me how to proceed in simple terms, since English is not my first language. Thank.

Hey Sergey,

I don't think this is possible. Direwolf is a software TNC and you have the bluetooth TNC. To my knowledge, you can't have 2 TNC's in the circuit.

Follow the Mobi-Connect script and add the Bluetooth rfcomm0. I didn't use Pat Menu as the Bluetooth was not in the menu when I first got?going with Build a Pi. Modify to add your Bluetooth device. If I remember correctly on the Mobilink Website it showed info on how to turn on bluetooth. Just change it to the Bluetooth device.

Just my 00.01 worth.?
