Linux73 install failed

 

hi there,
I try to move from Pi to a small desktop using Linux73. Installation did run but with the first steps of configuration it failed: no apps and after klick on 'Build it' it stopped.
see screenshots
re-installation of Linux73 did not help
I did it first with OS Ubuntu -did not work, then I did it with a new installation on that machine with OS Linux Mint -does not work ...
what to do?

For some reason this happens when the language is set to German. Change the language to English and it should work fine.

Same thing happen to me when reloading 73 Linux over a successful load, I didn't notice if mine was in the German or not.? I ended up deleting the partition (mine is setup as a dual boot) and starting from scratch.

thank you,
a new installation of LinuxMint in English and with a German keyboard worked.
Now I got Linux73 running, VARA is working but ARDOP modem failed to start, re-install with Linux73 did not change the failure.
Did I miss something?

My understanding is that ARDOP is having a lot of issues with the current release.? I am able to get the modem running but no PTT is getting to the radio.? For now, I am pressing pause on ARDOP
