Yep, been using Winlink Express for years on the Pi at this point..ever since Box86 became a viable option. As far as VarAC goes, there IS in an installation program too. I just run the installer using wine and it's done.?

Hello! Similar to installing/updating VARA and VARA FM on a Raspi running Pi-OS and 73Linux, I installed Winlink Express, I think successfully.? Well, anyway, the program starts.? I still have to hook it up to my radio to see if it really works.? It installed without a fuss, and with a menu entry.? Has anyone else tried this out?
?
VARAC has no installation per se.? I did download and unpack it into the .wine/drive_c folder.
?
I checked out the properties of the winlink express entry in the main menu editor and found that the command pointed to a symbolic link, winklink.lnk.? I thought I could simply create a symbolic link for for VARAC and use the path in the winlink properties.? But I don't know how to create an lnk file.? Something that needs to be created under Pi-OS or under Windows?
?
I would appreciate some help here. Thanks!
