Re: 7.260 for the 40M net

I'm not hearing anyone on 3.930LSB either.

Sorry guys.? If anyone has any other band they'd like to try, let me know.

Dave

Re: 7.260 for the 40M net

It's pretty bad.? I can hear Pedro well but nobody else.? Not even hearing me on the Utah WebSDR which I usually can hear.??
Giving 3.930 LSB a try if anyone else also wants to give it a go.

The Ed Fong TBJ-1 tri-band antennas have arrived

For those that I purchased the TBJ-1 antennas from the group buy, they¡¯ve arrived. I will bring them this Saturday to the Portable Operations / Help / ARRL Ham Open House at Grace Lutheran Church. This event will be from 11AM until 2PM.?

Extra DBJ-1 mast, free to good home

Thanks to Dave, AI6VH and Ed, WB6IQN for supplying a bunch of us with all the? antennas! I look forward to using the DBJ-1 as a portable base antenna for my next public service event. It works great.

And if you need a 5 ft. piece of PVC to finish your antenna, please let me know and I'll bring it to the next VCARC meeting.

Hermes Lite 2

Have one for sale, brand new, not taken out of boxes.

N2ADR Filter Board
Case
?
To put it together, you should have some non-conductive thermal paste, and sandpaper, or some way to scrape the paint out of about 2in square inside of the case for the heatsink. (Actually, I can include some thermal paste if you don't have any...)
?
5 watt, 10-160m all mode.? Don't buy this if you're not computer literate.
?
Sell for the exact price I paid - $338.? With tariffs, this may be the last time you can get your hands on one!
?
I'll have mine at the Open House this Saturday, if you want to see a Hermes Lite.

Huge amount of equipment for sale

Hello everyone
I am Alan Majeski, AK6MF. I joined the club last October and got my Amateur extra license in March this year.
I have been involved in electronics since my tour of duty with the USN in the 1980¡¯s and I have been running my own calibration business since 2001. I never found the time to get involved with ham radio until now as I am decommissioning my laboratory and retiring this year. As a result, I have a lot of test equipment which I need to remove from the books and liquidate. There is too much to list, but just an example: VNA¡¯s, power supplies, signal generators, power meters, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, RF loads, audio filters wave analyzers, etc. etc.
If you are looking to upgrade your RF test bench, of just need something for a project, let me know. I am donating 30% of all sales to the club general fund.

Please come out and help if you can.? Grace Lutheran Church allows our club to meet there without charge and only ask that we help during their cleanup days.

I suspect we will be cleaning windows, dusting, removing cobwebs, wiping down doors, vacuuming and sweeping.? If I find out more details, I'll let you know, but for now bring gloves, rags, pails for this type of cleaning.?

Re: The Ed Fong antenna minus the TBJ antennas arrived today

EDIT:? The uSDX transceivers are NOT in this order!
Robert will be posting his review of the unit soon.? After you see the review, let me know if you still want to order the uSDX.

The Ed Fong antenna minus the TBJ antennas arrived today

I received the first shipment of antennas from Ed Fong and will bring these to the club meeting Friday.
The rest of the antennas (TBJ-1) Ed is shipping out this week so I should get them in time for the following weekend's Portable Radio/Help/ARRL Ham Open House event.
Green is what arrived, and the last column is the total $$ for just the items in green.
?
Please bring exact change or a check made out to me, 'David Schmidt'

Thank you,
